Ok so a couple of the meals resemble bolognese and chilli. The teeny tiny problem I have is I make a big ol' pan of these for the whole family. how much should I actually weigh out for myself once I've cooked it all Rob?? I think I've been a bit of a piggy with my servings and it won't help my weight loss at all. I could do a seperate pan for me but that means twice as much work cooking and washing up and I just don't have time for it tbh |

loving your mood ![]() once you have cooked a full pan like that it's impossible to get the correct amount out, so you would therefore need to make a seperate one for yourself. Or If you made a meal say 4 times your exact measurements then after cooking you could divide it by 4, the only problem to this is others would have to eat same portion size as you. |
