The Goal of the Challenge is to lose at least 21lb (approx 10kg) One and a half Stone! I will be providing all members with a full support and advice to achieve this target. So far confirmed for the Christmas Challenge: Up to date ist is here: Lets get ready! Now I would like at least 50 members involved in this gives us all a bit more of a push the more people involved. So here is the deal, please let people in your facebook accounts, your email address book and twitter etc know about our challenge, its completely free and will help them lose 10kg by christmas. |

That would be great to do something like that. I have been off the diet for some time now would realy like to get back in. My big problem is cooking I don't have ideas for cooking quick thing at night please help. thanx!!! scott |

Hi all Rob add me to the list pls. was originally wanting to lose a stone between now and xmas but what is an extra half between friends. might help me stay on the wagon while on me jolly's. But we know what american food is like. If i've done it once i can do it again. Didn't put that much weight on when i was last out there anyways. |

Come on Rob, don't keep us in suspense when will the meal plan be ready? I am actually getting a bit scared of what you have in store please tell me I can still have my choc mousse and strawberries, PLEASE, think I would lose the will to live if couldn't have ANY form of chocolate LOL!!!!! |

So are we going to be following a specific food plan for the challenge, or carry on with current diets. I am meant to be doing my weekly shop today, and am very confused! |
