I know its all very vague and I apologise, just buy normal shop and make sure you have fruit/veg chicken etc and you will be fine. I will email everyone and get everyone into Chat Room on Thursday night to discuss and answer questions. We start Friday but Official Weigh Day for Challenge is Monday. there are a few things you need to do before we start see. I will have all info for everyone tomorrow night in chat room (and via email for those who cant make it) |

Hi Rob, I'm looking 4ward to this diet-how strange is that? How do I put my details so that my weight loss(?) will be registered and recorded? I'm totally new to chat rooms etc,it's all a bit overwhelming. I've got 2 friends but I've no idea how to contact them. Is there a way of finding out how to use the sight properly? Many people still have pictures to add for their forum profile, before photos to upload and there First name to add in their Forum Signautre. I know many people are not used to forums and appreciate its a pain in the arse but the challenge will run smoother once its all setup.
