I have not been on the forum for quite some time and he diet went totally to pot. However, I have sorted out various issues that were causing distractions etc. so the plan is to get back on track. Here's to a New Year and a New Start.

Second weekalmost over.
Menu for next week:
Breakfast: cereal
Lunch:salad or sandwich with tuna, ham or egg
Dinner:
spaghetti bolognaise,
chicken stir fry,
chilli,
chicken curry,
pork steak and vegetables,
pasta carbonara,
low fat chips, beans and egg.
all from the multiple choice.

Weekends are so hard it's easy to head for the fridge etc. to scavenge for food. Have tried to keep busy and was very good when food shopping loads of veg and salad, very little junk. Noticed we still have unopened packets of biscuits in the cupboard from last week and the biscuit tin was nearly full. Just goes to show it's me that eats all the biscuits not the kids!
It's my eldest sons graduation ceremony next month and I would love to be able to get into a smaller size outfit...

I can't believe how quickly this week has gone. Slipped up and had some chocolate today no excuse but have felt totally wrecked all day.

Really busy day at work again but have not slipped from the diet. Someone even asked if I had lost some weight today, think it was the outfit I was wearing, covered the lumps and bumps well. Wonder if I can get one for each day in a different colour. lol
