Seem to have put on 1.25 lb this week but I don't think I have really as the last time I put my weight in the summer challenge,my Weightwatcher scales showed I'd lost 3 lb but I think the scales were messing as it seemed unlikely I'd lose that much when I've been struggling,SO todays weight-11 stone 8.75 lb feels really good. It means I've lost just over 3 stone and that really is brilliant. Think I'll just go down to maybe 11 stone as I think my bmi is still a bit high though I've not checked it....

I'm moaning because I feel awful. OH and I've both had tummy bug but I'm soooo tired and I can hardly eat-which is a bonus and I know it's not good but I'm hoping this will be the start of me getting on track again. Took my doggie out yesterday but only a very short slow walk. Haven't managed today as 2 of my grandchildren came round and I went straight to bed after they went-they're under 4 yrs and beat any exercise plan. P.S If I could, I'd marry my bed, I love it so much

Haven't been on Diethell for ages....would like to say that things are getting better but they're not. I'm eating just like I used to so need to stop the bus and get off. Soooo tired I just can't be arsed to exercise although I am walking the dog most days.I read somewhere that food's the worst thing to be addicted to as you don't have the option of giving up I need to find my motivation again.it's been gone for ages.

I signed off my Talktalk account and have come onto Diethell using Netgear which is an unsecured site so my computer may blow up if I don't eat it...ah well,it's worth it to get on the site. Shame it's so late,I'd better not start playing 'smack the rabbit' now

Just been shopping and polished off most of a packet of coconut mushrooms which threw themselves in my face at the shops. Trouble with me is that I feel I'm doing ok but I keep eating crap. I can almost see myself putting weight on again, I tell myself that the scales have been wrong so far and I may have to write off the £30 the damn weightwatchers scales cost and find something better.At my son's just now so can access Diethell, which is a real treat!!!
