Its about time...

I haven't done this for ages, but it may be just what I need. I've got a really hectic social life about to descend for a few weeks and there will be plenty of opportunities to slip up and make a mess of my weight loss. The first night out was last Friday and a meal in an Indian Restaurant. I was quite good and stopped eating as soon as I was full and I did manage to lose, but I don't know if the will power will hold against all the tempting things coming my way. Ill and stressed

I had two assignments due in today. One is almost there and I haven't even started the other. Good news is I now have an extension until next Wednesday due to being ill, but I just don't have the energy to carry on with them. Hopefully I can shake this bug off today and work like the clappers to have them both complete for then. At least the diet is going well, one good thing about being unable to eat

poorly sick

Well I've eventually succumbed to the stomach bug both my boys have had over the past few weeks. Bad news is that I feel like sh*** and in no mood to put the finishing touches to my essay which is due in tomorrow. Good news already a pound lighter than I was yesterday.

if only life were simple

..... I'd probably be bored stiff. Last week has to go down as my worst in a long time and I'm still finding it hard to pick myself up now. The shit hit the fan from all directions but the good thing is I didn't reach straight for the cadbury's chocolate. I was actually doing really well until Friday when I gave in to the temptation of a mixed kebab and Saturday my hubby took me out for a meal and I did really try hard.....to eat as much as I could! Sunday lunch was the full works, so I am thankful...

happy days

Good news, beavers and cubs need both my boys on Sunday for 5 hours for a parade. This is the best bit of news I've had since my weigh in Monday. It doesn't matter that I've loads of really boring things to do, but the chance to do them in peace is.......priceless. A couple of hiccups on the horizon though with a couple of meals out planned. Hopefully I'll manage to be strong and go for the healthiest options xx
