getting beter

Well i've had a terible couple of weeks and havn'y been on hee much. But, the bad times have passed (hopefully i'm not cursing myself, lol) ans i'm back on track woth my new healthy lifestyle. I'm finding it easier to say no and pick the healthier option over my usually unhealthy one.

Hope everyone else is doing well

diet not going well at the min, it's not that i'm eating rubbish but thati'm notmeating at all got so much going on and i am so fed up and stredded out i can't eat, food knocks me sick at the min

Life is crap

well after being robbed (luckily they didnt get much from the house) i feel like crap. Were just waiting and waiting, hoping my hubbys van turns up and that his boss isn't going to let him go like he hinted at. But all this stress is keeping my mind off food. Liking that we have some choice but i know i will struggle more like this i need decisons made for me lol

hope everyone else is doing well

not fun

not posted for a couple of days as i have been mad busy with my brother in laws wedding witch was last night. Was a tyrin time with all that food and alcahol but i think i id very well. i only had veg on the dinner and a glass on champers to toast the couple. hopw fully it wont make a massive impact on my hard work (fingers crossed)

Feel crap dont think its the diet though had a long hard day so the 2 coupled together have taken their toll bed soon xx
