I seem to have gone completely off the rails this weekend. It all started on Friday night, was going to go out with my friend but decided to stay in and treat myself to a bottle of wine had not had any alcohol for over 3 weeks so ended up quite drunk,ended up ordering a curry which I didn't really enjoy but ate anyway!!

I felt so hungover yesterday so hardly ate anything till tea-time and then ended up having a Pizza and chips so am now feeling really really gulity and angry with myself knowing that I will have probably put on the 2lb I lost last week. I was doing so well and now I am thinking "WHY DID I DO IT"!! I only have myself to blame so I suppose I need to just put it behind me and get back on track as of today. Hope you are all doing better than I am and good luck to you all for tomorrow's weigh in xx

    its one slip up, so forget it and get back on track. You have been doing really well, so dont beat yourself up about this, its done know, and you know what to do to fix it. You never know you might still be ok on weigh day

    I've been really good over Christmas not eating too much and since the beginning of Jan. But this week I've also gone off the rails a bit. Have now decided to eat what I want today, but will get myself back on track tomorrow.
    Just felt like a needed a couple of days off.
    Put it behind you and carry on. You have done really well since the beginning of the Christmas challenge and that's a long time to be thinking about food. Hope weigh in isn't too bad xx

    That's a shame, but it happens to everyone, keep your chin up and move on. I know how many times I have eaten something really bad and not even enjoyed it and hated myself afterwards. I don't know why we do it to ourselves. What did the scales say?

    Thanks for all your comments girls, it wasn't as bad as I thought, I stayed the same so have to be thankful for that I suppose, still struggling to stay on track though xx
