Week 4 Day 1

So excited lost another 2 pounds!!!

Am ready for this week - am following the diet plan given by Rob and as a result had a really yummy sandwich for lunch.

I do need to drink loads more water

Hope everyone else is happy with their last week

Week 3 - comes to an end

Have been really busy - not sure whether I am coming or going....

Opted to redo week 1 as my week 2 was a little confusing. Whilst it has gone really well I have not stuck to it religiously, however, am sure that I was still within my calorie allocation. Biggest downfall - not enough water...

Am looking quite forward to tomorrow's weigh-in - a little sad I know so I had just better lose a little weight...

Bring on week 4 - am ready and waiting with...

Week 3 Day 1 and 2

Although I didn't lose anything last week as far as the scales go, I definitely know that I have lost centimeters. 2 Weeks ago I was barely able to squeeze into some of my trousers and now they fit very comfortably, so much so that I have even considered investing in a belt...

As my last week was sort of all over the place, I have decided to revert back to the week 1 diet so as to refocus and give me a week to sort out what I will be eating the following week.

Same old same old really...

Oh, I ate a piece of licorice and a tiny little flapjack - ok maybe 2 tiny flapjacks (just couldn't resist the temptation any longer - will need to rehide them)

Week 2 Day 3

On the whole a good day - same as any other really.

Although, whilst still extremely motivated with regards the diet I am starting to feel a little lost... Don't really know what am supposed to be doing or following. Only just managed to download Rob's link (stupid adobe needed updating) so hopefully things will start to make a little more sense. Have been trying to use the Meal Planner but can't find some foods and don't quite know where or how to get the calorie value so am beginning...
