well i'm back from my wee jaunt to bonny scotland , the wedding was super dooper everything went well i was proud of myself as made excellent food choices toby carvery fri night no yorkie pud and just turkey, and 1 roastie ... they had a fry up sat ,sun and mon morning banana on granary toast for me lunch salads no mayo .. wedding day leek and potato soup no bread roast lamb 1 roastie and veg then fruit and merangue(not spelt right) and a ting drop of cream but lots of red wine but a glass of water for every glass of wine so no hangover and sunday night was a chinese but only a child portion for me woop woop how angelic .. i'm off out for lunch today as it was my oldest daughters birthday yesterday and i was working till 8pm so i'm thinking pizza express as their salads are yummy .... and i took the dog out for a 3mile run this morning and i'm now off too the allotment to plant my runner beans so as tiggger would say TTFN xxxx
