Hi all I joined up a few weeks ago but thought I ought to be a bit more active on the site now. I'm not much of a joiner-in so doing this on-line suits me fine and the 50lb group seem a friendly bunch. I needed to lose almost 65lb originally but that's down to less than 60 now - things are going too well!

Hello all... I'm new to this site, but have a lot of weight to lose! I needed to lose weight before, but have gained an EXTRA 3 stone instead! Looking for motivation and a few friends along the way... Is anyone doing Atkins? Hope your all doing ok x x

Hiya everyone. Thought I would join one of these groups to help motivate me a bit. I have 4 stone and a few pounds to lose in total. I had my first ever weigh in today and only lost 1 pound so I was a bit disappointed. But it's still a loss and I hope to lose a lot more over the coming months in time for my wedding next year.
