Hello people. I've hardly wrote on the groups, but thought I'd muck in. I have to loose 54lbs, to get to about 11st. To be honest, as long as I'm skinny, I don't care what weight I am lol.

hello. i just wanted to say this is the first time that ive been able to lose weight and stick to it. nearly 2 stone down...a while to go though lol xx

Hi I have about 5 stone to lose, fed up with not being able to wear the clothes I want etc so must take some action, first week not been too bad, and the sunshine is always a great boost. Now thinking of holidays, more reason to drop some wieght.... lol
