Just an update, as to most of the clients who have not seen me in the last 6 weeks will not be aware that i have moved out of my Varo Terrace premises and ceased to run the weight management.

This is due to a Rotator Cuff surgery i will be receiving on both of my shoulders in the coming months and the inability to drive and do basically anything.
