Due to a medical condition, quantities of drugs were increased (including steroids) which caused me to gain a vast amount of weight. Once my G.P. had successfully achieved the level of drugs I required he allowed me to start a diet and exercise, he warned me that the rate of weight loss would be less than expected due to the medication i was taking, therefore i had to be patient.

I joined Weight Management Centre for the second time in October 2005, and so far have lost 35lb. This may not seem a lot but I know for certain if i was not following a diet programme I would certainly be gaining weight. I intend to continue my weekly visits until I get a further 15lb off and the clothes in my wardrobe will come out again!

Weight Management Centre was recommended to me by a close friend in December of 2005, and on the 31st of December I "weighed in" to start another New Years Resolution to get slim! I have been coming to Rob now for a number of months, after trying Weight Watchers, Slimming World and lots more without success, I find Rob's diet easy to follow, he gives you a diary each week to fill in what you have eaten which helps a lot, the weight is coming off, slower than i would like but at least its moving!

I also like the one to one, no more standing in a long queue.

I would recommend anyone with weight to lose to try this very succesful way of eating. Eat normal everyday foods, meat, fish, poultry etc with plenty of veg, salad & good quality carbohydrates. Not only will you lose weight you will be healthier and more energetic!

With one to one consultations with Rob, and days/times to suit you, you can not fail to see a new and slimmer you!!
